Karen is a 9 year residential real estate industry veteran and has represented buyers and sellers of single family homes, luxury homes, condos and multi-family properties. In addition she has the designation Green Realtor and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist for mature adults 50+ and is well versed in the needs of this community.

She has a Masters of Architecture & Landscape Architecture degrees from Harvard University and the University of New Mexico. Providing her clients with the vision to make a property sell.

Karen has successfully guided her clients whether first time home buyers, experienced buyers, sellers buying up and sellers downsizing, through transactions throughout Los Angeles. Specializing in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, Eagle Rock & Echo Park.

She was a board member of the Silver Lake Chamber of Commerce for the past 7yrs,and and now a board member of the Silver Lake Improvement Association in addition to organizing Charity Art Shows and events for local charities throughout her real estate career.

Educating buyers plays an important part in her business she has held many Home Buyers seminars and is now holding real estate workshops with her team for the mature adults 50+ community.
